Prestige Golden Grove has applied for RERA approval from the Telangana RERA authority. It is a new luxury township apartment project by Prestige Group in Tellapur, Hyderabad. The project is spread across 31 acres of land. It includes multiple high-rise towers with G+55 floors. The township will offer 4500 modern apartments made for comfortable living. Buyers can choose from 2 to 4 BHK homes. The apartment sizes range from 1100 sq. ft. to 2800 sq. ft. The price begins at ₹93 Lakhs and goes up to ₹2.15 Cr. The project is in the Pre-Launch stage, and the builder has already received RERA approval but is waiting for the official RERA number.

The launch date is not announced yet. After the launch, the project is expected to be completed within 4–5 years. Once the number is released, all details will be available for the public. The RERA documents will also include information about the master plan, unit layouts, and pricing. This ensures complete clarity for all homebuyers. The RERA Act was introduced in 2016 to solve major issues in the real estate sector.
