Prestige Golden Grove Payment Plan
Prestige Golden Grove’s payment plan gives a clear and simple picture of all the costs you need to pay. It includes floor wise pricing, GST, booking amount, area details, and agreement charges.
Payments are linked to the main construction stages from 2026 to 2031, and each step has its own installment. This helps buyers pay slowly and safely. The full payment schedule starts in January 2026 and ends in March 2031, and you also get a 6 month grace period for possession.
On average, buyers pay around 20% every year, and this matches the real progress at the construction site. This steady plan helps every buyer plan their money with ease. It also makes the home buying journey smooth, safe, and stress free.
The payment plan also includes extra charges and very clear payment instructions. Buyers need to pay 10% of the full cost at the time of booking. After this first step, the builder divides the remaining amount into small and simple installments.
During the agreement stage, you will get all the important documents. These documents include your Apartment Number, the Super Built up Area and UDS, the total price, details about interiors, car parking information, the list of amenities, and the date by which the home will be ready. Your booking fixes your unit, and you can also show all papers to your legal advisor if you want extra peace of mind. It is important to know that the basic price doesn't include registration fees, stamp duty, or other taxes. These extra fees must be paid later, either during registration or on the day you take possession. All taxes will include GST as per the rules.
RERA registration has been applied for, and approval is expected by March 2026. After RERA approval, leading banks are expected to provide home loans. This will make financing simple, fast, and smooth for all eligible buyers.
