Prestige Golden Grove Pre Launch

Prestige Golden Grove is a pre-launch apartment township by the Prestige Group located at Velimala, near Kollur, off ORR, West Hyderabad – 502032. This world-class housing project is spread across 28.7 acres and is planned with 10 tall high-rise towers. Each tower comes with 3 levels of parking plus 52 floors, making it one of the tallest and most well-planned communities in West Hyderabad.

The project offers 5,120 luxury apartments in 2, 3, and 4 BHK layouts, with home sizes starting from 1100 sq. ft. and going up to 3600 sq. ft. The starting price is ₹93.5 lakhs onwards, making it an affordable luxury choice for families and investors.

Prestige Golden Grove Tellapur is right on the ORR Service Road. It is only 1.5 km from ORR Exit 2 and has easy access to NH 65 and NH 163. The Prestige Golden Grove Hyderabad payment plan follows a simple 20:20:60 structure. Buyers pay 20% at booking, 20% during construction, and the remaining 60% at possession, which makes buying easier on the budget.

The EOI (Expression of Interest) starts from 01 January 2026. EOI holders get priority booking and special discounts. The post-dated cheque amounts are ₹8 lakhs for 2 BHK, ₹15 lakhs for 3 BHK, and ₹20 lakhs for 4 BHK. Pre-launch bookings will begin in March 2026.
