Prestige Golden Grove Pre Launch

The current status is pre-launch, and RERA approval is in progress, expected by March 2026. The official launch date is 15 March 2026. The project completion time is 4 years, with possession planned by 31 March 2031.

The Prestige Golden Grove Hyderabad payment plan follows a simple 20:20:60 structure. Buyers pay 20% at booking, 20% during construction, and the remaining 60% at possession, which makes buying easier on the budget.

The EOI (Expression of Interest) starts from 01 January 2026. EOI holders get priority booking and special discounts. The post-dated cheque amounts are ₹8 lakhs for 2 BHK, ₹15 lakhs for 3 BHK, and ₹20 lakhs for 4 BHK. Pre-launch bookings will begin in March 2026.
